Pullman Center Business Park Expansion - 2006

• Acquisition of 42 acre former Trinity Industries Plant.
• Demolition of factory buildings, except for 26,000 sq. ft. maintenance building.
• Soils remediation to achieve Act 2 Clearance on site.
• Construction of new streets and underground utilities to open 35 acres for subdivision.
• Renovation and expansion of maintenance building to 30,000 sq. ft.
• Funded in part by PA Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grant, PA Business In Our Sites

Victory Road Business Park - 1999

• Acquisition of 350 acre former USX Sintering Plant.
• USX completed plant demolition and soils remediation before CDC purchase.
• Construction of new streets and underground utilities to allow for subdivision.
• Awarded Keystone Opportunity Status in 2000 and extended on unimproved property in 2010.
• Funded in part by PA Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grant and PA Infrastructure
• Sixty (60) acres still available.

Pullman Center Business Park – 1999

• Second phase of redevelopment of former Pullman Standard Railcar Manufacturing Plant.
• No environmental issues identified – no remedial activity required.
• Construction of new streets and underground utilities to allow for subdivision.
• Funded in part by PA Infrastructure Development Program grant.
• 100% occupied.

Kriess Road Business Park – 1995

• Greenfield development of approximately 45 acres.
• Construction of new streets and underground utilities to allow for subdivision
• Funded in part by PA Opportunity Program grant.
• 100% occupied.
